I have been looking to get a Honda Shadow for some time, and had been keeping an eye on the American Cruiser UK website. This bike appeared and looked perfect. I spoke to Adam on the phone and discussed a px deal, Adam offered me a decent price and the deal was done over the phone. I didn’t need to see the Shadow in the flesh as I was happy from the photos and video that the bike was as
described. Liam delivered the bike and it is stunning, everything I expected it to be.
Adam was very easy to deal with and I was very impressed with every aspect of the deal. One happy Shadow rider.

So I finally decided to replace my old bike. A friend recommended American Cruisers, having bought his bike from them a while ago. So I perused the website, and settled on a Honda VT1300 Interstate. Had a chat with Adam, who was very helpful, and so I bought it. Adam was more than helpful when it came to collecting the bike, especially as I was being a pain in the proverbial (in a nice way 🤣). So I've now had it for a couple of days, and it's riding like it's a new bike. Everything is tight and working perfectly. I rarely do reviews, or recommend people or businesses, but this lot are excellent. Even if Adam wears a baseball hat (early mid life crisis methinks 😝).

Called Roger to view the Black widow. Couple hours later, decided to buy it upon seeing in the flesh, depending on insurance cost. Day after, got quoted under £300 for fully comp. Paid for the bike and it was promptly delivered in pristine condition. All in all a rare, true American cruiser, in absolutely outrageous lovely condition. Roger and Adam deliver the goods, Cheers guys!

I’ve been watching American Cruiser UK’s social media pages for a while, seeing and dreaming about all the Kawasaki Vaquero’s they have supplied. Well the patience was worth it, great communications and a problem free sale. Thank you to Adam a great service - their Aladdin’s cave of bikes was worth the trip from SW Wales alone. The ride home was a dream! 👌🏻

American Cruiser UK is spot on I bought a fantastic bike from Adam who was great to do business with. He was very particular about the quality of the bikes and made sure they were ready and safe for the uk roads.  Excellent service.

Saw the bike on line, its a model i have wanted for 15+ years, Adam walked me through the entire finance process, worked to get me a good deal on my trade in and stayed on top of the process, without being pushy or aggressive.
When time finally came to collect, Roger stepped in, broke up his day off to meet me at the shop, and complete the handover of my new bike and accept my old. a 535 mile round trip, 12 hours of riding, and one very very happy new owner.

I've already put one review up for these guys and forgot to say one thing! Gotta say a thank you to Liam whos' the transport they use! Great bloke and couldn't do enough for me when he delivered my beautiful bike! Cheers to all again

Honestly nothing better out there than a great customer service, friendly, positive and all round great help through the entire process and thats just American cruisers UK as a whole. Now to mention the bikes and quality....I cant put into words how gorgeous, well looked after and pure joyful machines these beauties are. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my next one. 👀 (hopefully the wife doesnt find this review)

I am very happy that I found this company on the net because thanks to this company American Cruiser UK I was able to buy a motorcycle very easily which I am very pleased with..and I especially have to say very good customer service, information and fast dealings and on top of that the motorcycle was delivered to my door. I can recommend this company American Cruiser UK with a pure heart

Absolutely over the moon with the Raider I purchased, from the very first video call with Adam he was helpful, informative and a pleasure to buy from. Adam had plenty of time for me when I arrived to collect the bike and has also been very helpful with a few things since I got home with the raider. As for the bike wow it is a beast that is a pleasure to ride and looks absolutely stunning, the condition is immaculate just as described. I would definitely buy from Adam again. Cheers buddy

After seeing pictures online I arranged to go and view the bike. It was in superb condition just as the photos. On the spot I decided to purchase. I found everyone very helpful and pleasant to deal with. A week later went along to pick up the bike. The hand over was quick and easy. Everything was well prepared and on hand. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’m the regional rep for the Southwest of the Vulcan Riders Association, so know my Vulcans, and this is a great machine.
