So I finally decided to replace my old bike. A friend recommended American Cruisers, having bought his bike from them a while ago. So I perused the website, and settled on a Honda VT1300 Interstate. Had a chat with Adam, who was very helpful, and so I bought it. Adam was more than helpful when it came to collecting the bike, especially as I was being a pain in the proverbial (in a nice way 🤣). So I’ve now had it for a couple of days, and it’s riding like it’s a new bike. Everything is tight and working perfectly. I rarely do reviews, or recommend people or businesses, but this lot are excellent. Even if Adam wears a baseball hat (early mid life crisis methinks 😝).

Called Roger to view the Black widow. Couple hours later, decided to buy it upon seeing in the flesh, depending on insurance cost. Day after, got quoted under £300 for fully comp. Paid for the bike and it was promptly delivered in pristine condition. All in all a rare, true American cruiser, in absolutely outrageous lovely condition. Roger and Adam deliver the goods, Cheers guys!

I’ve been watching American Cruiser UK’s social media pages for a while, seeing and dreaming about all the Kawasaki Vaquero’s they have supplied. Well the patience was worth it, great communications and a problem free sale. Thank you to Adam a great service – their Aladdin’s cave of bikes was worth the trip from SW Wales alone. After seeing pictures online I arranged to go and view the bike. It was in superb condition just as the photos. On the spot I decided to purchase. I found everyone very helpful and pleasant to deal with. A week later went along to pick up the bike. The hand over was quick and easy. Everything was well prepared and on hand. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’m the regional rep for the Southwest of the Vulcan Riders Association, so know my Vulcans, and this is a great machine.

Having travelled four hours down south to pick it up and then riding it straight back up, it was very worth it. Having sold my previous bike last year, I was always on the look out to fill the void. Knowing the fantastic examples the lads at American Cruiser UK have had over the year, and the testimonies of everyone, I thought I’d have a look at their stock (having decided against another Harley). Straight away, the XVS Stryker stood out. From the initial message to Adam, to the bike being delivered by Liam, the process little to no time at all and was seamless.

Bought a VTX1300 from Adam and rode it back to Cornwall and had a slight issue with a blocked breather, Phoned Adam told him the problem I took it to my local dealer and it was all sorted with no fuss under warranty. I purchased a Stratoliner Deluxe from here and I am very pleased. I arranged a visit to view a couple of bikes and had a good chat about all the bikes on my shortlist and others. Very honest answers and opinions. The bike I bought is immaculate- as were all the bikes. When collecting the bike, it was already prepared for me – fuelled up, tires checked and a new MOT. The hand over was very quick. He even asked if my wife would be riding it (she does ride but not this one! It’s nice to be asked and not assume ladies all ride pillion). I must admit I was very hesitant to buy a motorcycle online from a few images and a video, I searched around to see if there where any other XV1900 Raiders for sale but there seemed not! I called first Roger and he confirmed he personally purchased this particular bike from an old customer of his in Cape Coral and it was mint. I mulled it over after reading reviews and finally called Adam as Roger was on holiday. A couple of weeks after Liam delivered it and I was blown away with it, exactly as described and better in the flesh! Happy customer!!

I have bought 2 bikes from here and still have them, 2011 Vaquero 1700 and 2005 VN2000. Both have been great bikes, the Vaquero is still in almost new condition with 25k miles (18k) when i bought it and never missed a beat. The VN2000 was painted here so presumably not in as good condition when it arrived from the states. Its runs and rides like a new bike and is probably the most engaging bike i have ever ridden. Superb engine and it just makes you smile as you ride. Buy blind with confidence, they only sell top quality bikes. I would buy more if i had the room.

Just had my nomad delivered by Alien motorcycles( fantastic service) from Roger,the transaction was done all over the phone,and viewed via detailed high resolution photos and video walk around,I was hesitant at first about buying a bike without seeing it in the flesh,but shouldn’t have worried. The quality of the bike is excellent,and far outweighed my expectations,dealing with Roger was a pleasant experience,as its a breath of fresh air to deal with an honest and amiable motorcycle seller. I highly recommended these guys, Ive had my Victory Hammer just over 2 years (I think.. could be three actually lol) and other than a new clutch cable and main fuse/breaker it’s never missed a beat.. if I’m completely honest they are a touch on the pricey side but the bikes are definitely great quality and worth a bit more.. i would certainly buy another one, and I’d happily buy it blind as well.. Exceptional variety of bikes; exceptional service; and a great bloke. Having decided to buy a cruiser I found one of Roger’s bikes on eBay. This led me to the website where I found a whole variety of different cruisers. One of the bikes I liked developed a small fault whilst Roger was prepping the bike. Roger was very honest and let me know immediately and kept me informed of what was happening and did everything he could to resolve the issue. As time ticked on (and I was bikeless having sold my own bike) Roger suggested having a look at some of the others. I fell in love with a Royal Star Tour Deluxe. Fantastic condition for 10 years old and an engine that guys are getting 200-300,000 miles out of so should last a year or two! I took it and rode home and am loving every minute I spend on it. I’ve since met a few other guys who got their bikes from Roger and who also speak very highly of him. He’s developed an extremely good reputation and I can understand why. At the moment, I can’t imagine parting with my new ride but if I ever do then there’s only one place I’d consider getting the next one from. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending American Cruiser UK for your first or next cruiser.

My Honda Shadow ACE VT 1100 arrived today from American Cruiser UK. Mr Roger Raggett you blew me away with the bike, I had not seen the bike just photos and she is a beauty. Thank you for all the help and making me very happy. Pure quality! you told me it was a show stopper and believe me the street where I live has been buzzing with the new arrival plus nearly drank me out of tea regards my friend Tike.

Just taken charge of the Stratoliner sent to me , I am over the moon with this bike, I put a deposit on it as soon as I saw the photos of it, and talked to Roger, I could not have picked out a better bike if id done it myself,,American Cruiser UK bikes are of a better quality than the run of the mill bikes offered here in the Uk, and Roger takes care of all the paper work etc, so that when you get your bike, its all ready to go,,, first class, many many Thanks, maybe one day ill buy you a pint!!! Just wanted to echo the comments on this page. Picked up an Arlen Ness Victory Vision from Roger this weekend. I am fastidious and picky about bikes and Roger was really helpful with the barrage of questions coming his way. His stock is really well selected and he takes a real pride in the bikes, a real enthusiast with a great knowledge. When picking my bike up he took the time to show me and start up a mint Valkyrie just so I could hear the 6 into 6 pipes (what a sound!). I am super happy with the bike which is just as described and a fantastic example. Thanks Roger for the great service.

Wow, great service, great bikes all immaculate! I purchased my Valkyrie off the website when the bike was halfway across the Atlantic! 2 months later all paper work completed, UK registered by Roger and I collected with nothing to do! Couldn’t recommend anymore, 10 star if I had the option!

For many years I have wanted to own a ‘cruiser’. Having looked at the website, I arranged to visit Roger to view current stock. One was chosen. Had to wait to take delivery as I am frequently out of the country. Stage payment was arranged and the bike was collected early November. Very pleased with my choice, draws attention everywhere its parked. Unbelievable service from Roger, great attention to detail, Bike was spotless. Could not be happier.

I couldn’t be happier with my Valkyrie Tourer that I purchased from Roger. It’s in an absolutely outstanding condition and a real head turner. The first time I saw the bike in the flesh was when it arrived in the back of specialised motorcycle transporter. The photos, the walk-around video and the numerous phone conversations that preceded, were honest, accurate and a real pleasure. My first big bike purchase. Couldn’t of wished for better guidance. I wanted the Valkyrie but found it a bit overpowering so Roger suggested theHonda Stateline VT1300 as it was similar but more of a lightweight bike. The condition of all of his bikes I saw including this one are absolutely outstanding. I love the bike, watercooled, shaft driven, hard bags and detachable windshield. Sounds fantastic! What’s not to like?
