2003 Yamaha XV1600 Roadstar Silverado

You will struggle to find another XV1600 that’s as well spec’d and as nice as this one, I have given it a mini makeover over the last month it has been with me and it really looks fantastic, almost as good as new!

Originally imported into the UK in 2016 with just over 18,000 miles on it and since then it has done just under that mileage here in the UK.

The previous owner looked after this bike well, he kept it clean/polished and also had it garaged at all times (you can certainly tell). He used it during the summer months as his main mode of transport when it wasn’t raining so the alloy and the chrome are in very good condition as you can see from the photographs. The one thing I wasn’t happy with on this bike was the paint work, so I have removed all the panels and have had it repainted.  Obviously the paint work now is as good as new and whilst the panels were away I have managed to detail in all the nooks and crannies!

The bike has just been serviced, a brand new front screen added and I also replaced the ageing tyres with brand new Avon Cobra whitewalls, it seriously sets the bike apart from the others.

Does it get any better than that?

Well yes it does actually, this bike is the top spec Silverado model that never existed over here in the UK. With the Silverado model you get the fully dressed cruiser including factory screen, factory leather bags, factory studded rider/pillion seats and also the factory sissy bar.

All in all this bike really is superb value and absolutely loaded, you will struggle to find another one quite as nice!
